What we do:
Annie and a range of associates bring together core skills in facilitation, community governance and stakeholder engagement, with strategic capacity and insight. We’ve helped organisations to activate opportunities around strategy, business planning and community and stakeholder involvement. We have a strong reputation for being able to draw out difficult issues and assist people to approach and solve them.
Our key capabilities are in facilitation, stakeholder dynamics and community engagement. Having worked in neighbourhoods, offices and board rooms, we’ve been exposed to the values and interests of community groups and managers, technical experts and directors from different specialist areas. We’re passionate about putting in place processes and strategies that enhance understandings and joint action.
Our work is underpinned by:
- skills in group facilitation, problem solving, strategy development and action-oriented research
- a portfolio of projects spanning local government planning and community development, sustainability research and education, citizens’ juries for decision-making, and business development
- a values base highlighting relationship; the potency of diverse perspectives; transparency; and hard work
Annie enjoys passing on skills and regularly gives guest lectures at the University of Melbourne and RMIT on topics such as the social dimension of environmental impact assessment, community and stakeholder engagement, and integrated catchment management.
There is a complex stakeholder dynamic when organising and facilitating a funeral. Check out Annie’s work co-creating practical end of life arrangements here. Annie is a member of the Community Advisory Committee of the Greater Metropolitan Cemetery Trust, which draws together interests in community governance and creating sustaining funeral experiences.
