What we do:

Annie and a range of associates bring together core skills in facilitation and engagement, with strategic capacity and insight. We’ve helped organisations to co-create opportunities with strategy, business planning and community and stakeholder involvement. We have a strong reputation for working with difficult issues and assisting people to approach and solve them.

Our key capabilities are in facilitation, stakeholder dynamics and deliberative engagement. Having worked in neighbourhoods, offices and board rooms, we’ve seen values and interests in action. We’re passionate about effective processes and strategies to enhance understandings and joint action.

Our work is underpinned by:
  • skills in group facilitation, deliberative process, strategy development and action-oriented research
  • a portfolio of projects spanning local government planning and community development, sustainability research and education, citizens’ juries for decision-making, and business development
  • a values base that highlights relationship; diverse views; transparency; and hard work

Annie enjoys passing on skills and and is regularly called on as a speaker and mentor.
